Terms and Conditions – Lucky22 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Lucky22 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, sportsbook, casino, live games or jackpot slots — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Lucky22.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using Lucky22 immediately and, if you have registered an account, request its closure. Continued use of the Lucky22 platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

Lucky22 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account. The most current version of these Terms is always published at lucky22.cash/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a Lucky22 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Lucky22 or a connected platform.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will, not at the instruction of any third party.
• The funds you deposit are legitimately earned and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Lucky22 does not accept players who are acting as agents, proxies or representatives for other individuals. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Each player may register only one account on Lucky22. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them forfeited at Lucky22's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and withholding of any balance pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Lucky22 login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account access with anyone, including family members. Lucky22 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Lucky22 support at support@lucky22.cash immediately. Lucky22 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your Lucky22 account at any time by contacting support. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete. Lucky22 may also close an account at its discretion where a player is found to be in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay – digital wallet transfers
• SadaPay – digital wallet transfers
• IBFT Bank Transfer – inter-bank fund transfers
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card transactions

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on Lucky22 is Rs 200. Deposits must come from a payment account or card registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Lucky22 charges no fees on deposits. Processing times are instantaneous for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay; IBFT transfers may take up to two hours depending on the sending bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal on Lucky22 is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts. Lucky22 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within three minutes for mobile wallet methods. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one business day. Lucky22 may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 5,00,000.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on Lucky22 — deposits, bets, wins, bonuses and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR, symbol Rs). Lucky22 does not handle foreign currencies or apply any exchange rate to player transactions.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting

By placing a bet on Lucky22, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for the sport or game you are betting on. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by Lucky22's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum single bet on Lucky22 sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market type and event, and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Lucky22 reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes for individual accounts or specific markets at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest arbitrage or system exploitation.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void — meaning the stake is returned in full — in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed or abandoned beyond the applicable settlement window.
• The bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or feed failure.
• Lucky22 determines that the integrity of the event was compromised in a way that affected the outcome.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms (for example, by an ineligible player).

5.4 In-Play Betting

Lucky22 offers in-play (live) betting on cricket and other sports. In-play odds change continuously. Bets placed during a brief communication delay may be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of submission, which may differ marginally from the odds when the bet was initiated. Lucky22's system records the accepted odds and this is the binding price for settlement.

5.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket betting on Lucky22: minimum 5 overs must be completed in a T20 innings for it to count as a completed innings unless the side is all out. For Test match session markets, the session must be completed as scheduled for bets to stand, otherwise they are void. Ball-by-ball markets settle on the outcome of the individual delivery as officially recorded by the match broadcast data feed used by Lucky22.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Lucky22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Lucky22 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet using bonus funds before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement on Lucky22 bonuses is 10x the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new Lucky22 members on their first qualifying deposit only. A player may not create a new account to claim a welcome bonus again — this constitutes a breach of the one-account rule and will result in all associated bonuses being forfeited.

6.4 Expiry

All bonuses on Lucky22 carry an expiry date or window from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Bonus expiry windows are stated on each promotion page.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps that activate immediately and require a 24-hour cooling period to increase.

• Cooling-off breaks — voluntary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Lucky22 content without express written permission.

Your Lucky22 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Lucky22 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Lucky22 and will result in account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access Lucky22, place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches on the platform for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or suspected bug are void.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using a payment account or card that does not belong to you to deposit on Lucky22.
• Providing false personal information during registration or in response to a verification request.
• Using Lucky22 for any form of money laundering or processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Lucky22 support staff or other players.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lucky22 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While Lucky22 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Lucky22 shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures or internet connectivity issues beyond Lucky22's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card networks.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform, which are the player's sole responsibility.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest or infrastructure failures.

In no event shall Lucky22's total liability to any player — for any reason whatsoever — exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

Lucky22 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The updated Terms are published at lucky22.cash/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.
• For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, Lucky22 will send a notification to the email address registered on your account at least seven days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of Lucky22 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Lucky22 and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
